How is storage usage calculated with Nextcloud?

All files, folders and configs stored in Nextcloud are included in the storage usage. This also includes files that have been moved to the recycle bin. The storage usage is displayed in the Datalix interface.

How often is the storage usage updated?

The storage usage is updated every 5 minutes.

What happens if I exceed the booked storage space?

The Nextcloud will be locked. Contact support to discuss the next steps.

Is Nextcloud updated automatically?

No, Nextcloud is not updated automatically. You can update Nextcloud manually via the Datalix interface. Nextcloud will be unavailable for a few minutes during the update.
