You can find the support pin in your customer interface. Proceed as follows:

Open the website https://datalix.de/cp/ and log in with your access data.

You will now see the start page of your customer interface. You will find your support pin directly on the start page under "Support pin".

How do I generate a new support pin?

You can generate a new support pin at any time. To do this, proceed as follows:

Open the website https://datalix.de/cp/ and log in with your access data.

You will now see the start page of your customer interface. Click on "Generate new".

A modal opens. Here you must confirm the generation of the new support pin. To do this, click on "Create new".
