As we only provide shared colocation, you do not have physical access to your server.
No, you do not have to cancel your product. Your colocation will be automatically locked after the end of the term. Contact us to arrange for the return of your server. We will provide instructions on the pick-up process or shipping options, so you can get your hardware back safely and securely.
